What is AICraft?

AICraft is a single, OpenAI-compatible API endpoint in front of a large catalogue of frontier language and reasoning models. Instead of signing up with many providers and juggling many keys, you call one endpoint and pick a model per request — or let the Auto Router pick for you.

Alongside the API we ship the tools that use it: client configurations, a coding agent integration, and an online playground.

Is the company registered? How do I check?

AICraft is operated by Hainan AICreatrix Technology Co., Ltd. (USCC 91460000MAKFXQ104N), founded June 2026 and registered in Haikou, Hainan Free Trade Port. The registration is public and can be checked against the USCC above.

Is it OpenAI-compatible? How do I start?

Yes. The chat endpoint speaks the OpenAI Chat Completions shape, so you keep your existing SDK and change two things: the base URL and the key.

How do I pay? Do I need a credit card?

Checkout runs through PayPal, so you can pay with a PayPal balance or a major card. The payment page is served over HTTPS by PayPal — AICraft never sees your card details.

How do the tiers upgrade?

Tiers unlock by cumulative top-up, not by monthly fee, and they are permanent: once you reach a tier you keep it.

The four tiers allow 20, 60, 120 and 300 concurrent requests respectively. A tier upgrade applies to your account, not to a single key.

How is pricing calculated?

Pay-as-you-go, priced per token. You are billed for what you use — there is no subscription and no minimum monthly spend.

International rates are quoted in USD per million tokens and each model is priced on its own row. See Pricing for the live table, and the Model & API Guide for how the numbers compare.

Is my data safe?

Yes. International traffic is served from our Hong Kong node, which runs under zero data retention: prompts and completions are not stored after the response is returned, and are not used to train models.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — unused balance is refundable under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. If something does not work as described, contact support.int@aicraftapi.net and we will sort it out.
