AICraft collects only the minimum information necessary to provide our API services. When you create an account, we collect your email address and account name. We do not collect or store the content of your API requests or model responses. All API traffic is processed in real-time and not retained.

Chinese user data is stored exclusively on servers in Mainland China (Hainan Free Trade Port), compliant with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). International user data is stored on servers in Hong Kong, compliant with GDPR and PDPO. No personal data crosses borders without explicit legal basis under the Hainan FTP Negative List framework.

Your API requests are forwarded to our model providers in real-time. We do not store, log, or analyze your request content or model responses. Metadata (token count, model used, timestamp) is retained for billing and service improvement purposes only. All content processing is ephemeral.

All data transmission is encrypted via TLS 1.3. We employ automated security monitoring for threat detection, content safety filtering, and abuse prevention. Our infrastructure is protected by firewalls, key-based SSH authentication, and regular security audits.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through your Console. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. You have the right to access, correct, and export your account data.
